Testimonials

Heather was an exceptional agent and person. We sold our house after one open house weekend. That is a testament to the amount of preparation that went into preparing our house. We felt in such great hands with Heather, she is beyond professional. She stays on top of everything and makes sure you feel comfortable throughout the process. I never felt like anything shady was occurring, which unfortunately can be the case in the real estate world. I felt Heather was always practical with her advice and always had our best interests at heart. I particularly appreciated her thoroughness and attention to detail. She never says anything she doesn't know and makes sure to actually get you the correct information. She's always followed up on everything and was extremely organized. Will be recommending her to everyone without hesitation.

Heather is a terrific sales person. We had a very difficult purchase that fell thru but she stayed on thru it all and helped us find the home we were looking forward too. We could not have asked for a better representative than Heather. If or when we buy again my first call will be to Heather Ward

Heather Ward works very hard to make sure your house sells. She also goes the extra mile for you. She is always available for you. Heather really cares about you and your needs.

Can’t say enough for how great Heather was through our home buying experience. She always responded to texts and always keeping us in the loop of what is going on. I can’t wait to work with Heather again in the future. So professional and so kind. Thank you Heather.

Heather and Natalie were wonderful with assisting me and my nana through a very stressful and hard time. They made the selling of my fathers house easy and less stressful and walked us through everything and made sure we were well taken care of and I appreciate and respect all the support that they have given my nana and I to make this easier.

Heather pays attention to details so everything went just as planned . She was very prompt - I have a very busy schedule and we still managed to communicate in a timely manor! I would reccomend her she was great to work with thank you Heather !

Heather was amazing, asking all the important questions to find us exactly what we wanted. Helping out in every way possible to close the deal. Kept us updated every step of the way. Was available any time I had a question . Would sincerely recommend Heather do anyone looking to purchase a house.

Heather was everything I needed in a Realtor. She communicated daily if not several times during the day as needed. Here her guidance was much appreciated mostly since I ask lots of questions and she always patiently answered my questions fully. She digitally researched recent sales from my surrounding neighbourhoods in order to establish a fair selling price. She also advertised and distributed phablets to many surrounding neighbours so my 2 day open house had a consistent stream of interested parties. Which probably explains why my house sold in 2 days on the market. I would highly recommend working with Heather Ward as your realtor.

Heather knows how to sell your house! With her knowledge of the both the market and consumer trends, Heather is a pro at getting your house ready to show so that offers come in. I especially appreciate her attention to detail and guidance during the entire process.

There aren’t enough words to describe how incredible and amazing Heather Ward was to us! She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect house! Grateful is an understatement!! She truly is so passionate and knowledgeable in her profession and many other things! She helped make our move from Jersey to Florida so easy!!!

Heather is the absolute sweetest. She took the time to help my family and I find a home during our Relocation process. She followed up continuously, was patient, professional and just an all around lovely person. She takes her work seriously and we couldn't be any more happy that we had the opportunity to work with her. Thank you Heather!!!!!

Heather went over and above what we expected from a Realtor. Nothing was too much trouble. Very professional. She became a friend to us. Highly recommend her services.

You have arrived! Heather is THE ONLY REALTOR YOU WILL EVER NEED!!! My husband and I are so grateful for Heather. She was so very much help in our journey of finding a home. She really went through a lot and we asked her to show us houses all over central Florida. She's such a great sport! Heather went above and beyond for us. She's able to really get to know your likes and dislikes in homes. I have recommended her to friends and will continue to do so. She has an extensive understanding of the Real Estate industry and if you have questions she will always have the answer - even if she has to get back to you! I have worked with Realtors in the past but none were as committed to their jobs the way Heather is. We have now been in our home for 7 months and Heather and I are still in contact! She is helping me stay informed on our home values and property. She will always have the time for your questions. If we ever decide to purchase another home Heather will be the one I reach out to for assistance. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HEATHER.

Heather was not just professional but she walked me step by step through this process that otherwise would be extremely painful and stressful. If you want basic go with another realtor, but if you want extraordinary then Heather is your Realtor. I cannot express enough how awesome and supercalifragisltic she is. So I will simply say Thank you Heather and I miss you already.?

Heather was amazing every step of the way with our home purchase. She was always available to answer questions, obtain information from the seller, the finance company, meet inspectors, and help our family through whatever kind of craziness we threw at her. We went from looking at large homes on acreage to new construction within new communities, to major fixer uppers, to helping us find the perfect combination of all the things to fit our needs. She truly listened to the entire family. No obstacle was too big, no detail too small. Heather is truly incredible to work with. Home purchasing is a huge undertaking and stressful, but knowing that Heather was there and available to help make it all run smoothly kept us on course and removed so much of that stress. I highly recommend Heather for your real estate needs.

Heather is very detail oriented and professional. I could not recommend her services enough. She was wonderful!

As a person who deals with real estate a lot, I can tell you it's very difficult to find a knowledgeable, responsive and hard working let alone honest realtor. Heather checks all of those boxes and I highly highly recommend her!
